• Quotes are estimates based on project scope and may change if requirements change
• Project work begins only after approval and, when applicable, deposit payment
• Additional revisions, features, or deliverables outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

Invoices and payment structure will be provided clearly before work begins.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be detailed in contracts or proposals.
Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit may be required to start a project
• Final files are delivered after full payment is received
• Due dates for payments must be followed to avoid project delays

Refunds are generally not provided for completed work, digital assets, or time spent unless otherwise agreed.

5. Design Ownership & Licensing

Upon final payment:

• You receive rights to use the completed design deliverables for your business
• Muse Creative may retain credit as the designer (e.g., portfolio use, website display, social media showcase)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership rights transfer only for final deliverables — not unused concepts, drafts, or working files (e.g., native project files such as AI, PSD, Figma, etc.).

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project progress, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, materials, and feedback on time
• Ensure you own or have rights to any content you provide
• Respond during the project timeline to avoid delays

Muse Creative is not responsible for project delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or communication pauses.

7. Turnaround Time & Revisions

Project timelines depend on scope and responsiveness.

Unless noted in the agreement:

• Revisions are limited to the amount stated in your proposal
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra fees
• Deadlines may shift if requirements change or feedback is delayed

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from website performance, hosting issues, third-party plugins, or platform changes
• Web performance, SEO, ranking, or conversion results are not guaranteed

You agree that use of our services is at your own discretion.

9. Portfolio Display Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, case studies, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.

If a project requires NDA or confidentiality, notify us prior to work.

Either party may end collaboration at any time with written notice.
Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up until termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the latest version.
